This journey begins in the middle of nowhere. Only at the beginning do you find out from the road book where you are going. Every stop brings new challenges, such as finding a place to sleep, can I find the place described and can I reach it without any problems… So get ready, start your engines and pack your appetite – are you ready?
So how did we come up with the idea to do this?
We are Sylvie and Mandy and we are culinary professionals. We have travelled through and experienced many countries. We want to use this opportunity to share our love of travel and good food with you. While the road trips we experience are often about distance and time, here, we are taking routes of enjoyment, experience and decelerating.
How about taking in a little more culture, enjoying the time and getting to know the country and its people? Add to this the local cuisine in its original form and the culinary road trip is born.
